Phillip Jansson is a Leasing & Business Development Executive at Ray White Commercial (SC), known for his strong client focus and passion for helping businesses.

Before transitioning into real estate, Phillip operated his own recruitment business, working with clients across IT, Finance, and Government sectors while simultaneously serving as an Army Reservist in the Corps of Signals. He brings a people-first approach with a massive network of business connections across the wider Sydney Region. During his recruitment experience he has witnessed first hand businesses shifting away from work from home, which has highlighted the importance of prime real estate and premium office facilities to entice workers back to the office.

Phillip joins the team focusing on commercial and industrial leasing in the wider Sydney Region. He brings energy, discipline, and a solutions-first mindset to every deal. He is working under the leadership of Samuel Hadgelias and Scott Somerton who are both qualified solicitors that have amassed a collective 13 years of real estate experience.
