Robert OFarrell

Robert O’Farrell is an Associate on the Ray White Commercial (SC) team, specialising in
commercial sales and leasing. He offers a valuable international perspective, having spent
three years at JLL in Ireland working across both the Property Management and Leasing
teams.
In his property management role, Robert gained a deep understanding of asset performance
and strategic management from an owner's perspective. He then transitioned to the leasing
team, where he advised clients on market trends and executed effective negotiation
strategies. This unique dual experience, covering both the operational and transactional
sides of commercial real estate, provides him with a holistic understanding of the market and
the entire asset lifecycle.
Academically, Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Property Studies from TU Dublin and has
advanced his financial expertise with an Masters degree in Real Estate Investment
Finance from Oxford Brookes University. He is dedicated to leveraging this robust blend of
practical experience and financial acumen to deliver exceptional, strategic outcomes for his
clients.
