Scott is a Director and co-owner of Ray White Commercial (SC), a full-service real estate agency and property advisory business based in Sydney City. With over thirteen years of experience in retail, office, and industrial real estate transactions, Scott co-founded Ray White Commercial (SC) to provide his clients with impeccable service throughout the entire portfolio life cycle.

Prior to co-founding Ray White Commercial (SC), Scott spent eight years as a senior manager of a private equity company, overseeing the operation of $1.4 billion in property assets. He also has three years of experience in risk and credit at one of the largest non-bank lenders in the country, as well as five years of experience at EY specialising in insolvency and property transactions.

Scott's specialty is his ability to holistically examine an asset to create a plan that delivers secure cash flows while minimising risk, providing clients with excellent long-term value. He is a Solicitor and a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Class 1 Real Estate License, a Legal Practising Certificate, and an Advanced Certification from the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA). Scott has been a member of ARITA, The Law Society of NSW and Chartered Accountants ANZ.

Scott has successfully managed multiple complex litigations, including disputes relating to bank guarantees, COVID, and corporate structuring. He has implemented best-in-class business systems and processes and structured entities to deliver optimal outcomes. Scott also has extensive experience in debt origination for facilities greater than $200 million and has negotiated COVID relief options across a +$1 billion portfolio of assets, minimising the loss of income for his clients.
