Wrapping up FY25 with confidence

As we close the books on FY25, we’re proud to share a year defined by significant growth, industry recognition, and the success of our clients.

This year’s 44% business growth and our achievement of Premier Business Leader status within the Ray White network are milestones that speak to the strength of our unique advisory model. This momentum is fuelled by the growing trust of the market, reflected in a 46% increase in property owners seeking our strategic advice for their assets.

For us, however, the most important measures of success are client satisfaction and outcomes. We were humbled to see this reflected in a 100% Net Promoter Score for our Managing Director, Samuel Hadgelias, and a 100% tenancy retention rate across our managed portfolio.

These results are only possible because of our exceptional people. We were thrilled to welcome Mariia Kononets and Phillip Jansson to the team, and to recognise the outstanding contributions of Jasmin Patel and Leslie Li with well-deserved promotions.

Being named Finalists in the prestigious REINSW Awards for Excellence for both Commercial Agency (Small) and Commercial Salesperson of the Year was a significant honour, reinforcing our commitment to setting new benchmarks in the industry.
